Full Time - 37.5 hours per week 

G4S Welfare to Work has supported tens of thousands of unemployed people into sustainable employment across the UK. We manage three ‘Work Programme’ contracts on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions and 5 European Social Fund 14-20 programmes to, supporting people to overcome their barriers to employment.

Job Outline:

The purpose of this role is to provide an administrative support function to the Employment Support Services team within G4S.  

Responsibilities:

  • Collate information and produce regular business reports in a timely manner to support the delivery of performance across the business.
  • Communicate with external partners and stakeholders in a professional manner, answering queries where possible and referring appropriately where required.
  • Register and respond to incoming customer queries and complaints as per internal processes and within deadlines.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of regional communications and events such as Newsletters, Forums and any other requirements of the business.
  • Provide a key liaison point between our supply chain and internal staff, communicating messages and requests effectively and providing support as required.
  • Maintain central records for ESS around attendance, sickness etc and report these monthly to the relevant areas of the business.
  • Source and arrange accommodation and travel for ESS colleagues.
  • Support Senior Management with diary management as required.
  • Support claim validation via information gathering telephone calls with customers and employers.
  • Collate daily/weekly/monthly information regarding claims
  • Maintain the fixed asset register for ESS and support with replacement hardware/software for colleagues
  • Provide an administrative support service to projects, tasks, colleagues etc as required within ESS.
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the business.
