Reconciliations Administrator

£20,706.00 per annum

Full Time - 40 hours per week

 

Job Outline:

The Reconciliations Administrator will administer and coordinate payroll aspects for assigned areas of the Health businesses. The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that support functions are carried out effectively and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  •  Creation and maintenance of timesheets, salary advice sheets to include a breakdown of cost centers, mileage logs and annual holiday logs
  • Capturing sickness and statutory payment data
  • Timesheet and invoice reconciliations, recording timesheet and invoice data
  • Work with systems in place for requirements, within legislated deadlines including full analytical reports
  • Working time directive calculations
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
  • General finance admin assistance during quieter periods in the month, including but not limited to raising purchase orders, purchase invoice processing, credit control
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • To provide support for the business area in conjunction with the company support functions ensuring appropriate systems, processes and controls are in place
  • You will be responsible for ensuring payroll functions are carried out effectively.
  • To provide relevant reports and data on a monthly basis prior to accounts review
