Full Time - 40 hours per week

 

Job Outline: 

Working within the protocols of G4S Health, you will be responsible for providing a service to the Police and other G4S Medical Services customers. The role will involve the collection and delivery of documentation, medical equipment and medical supplies to Police Custody and Sexual Assault Referral Centre’s across the country. A Company vehicle will be provided. You will be responsible for the delivery, accurate record keeping and audit of medical supplies and equipment. The role will involve some early morning starts, overnight stays and occasional late finishes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be Presentable, courteous and polite at all times
  • Keep accurate and auditable records.
  • Ensure all documentation, medications and equipment are delivered and signed in and secured at each G4S Location.
  • Conduct and document inspection of vehicle before departure.
  • Keep company vehicle clean.
  • Deliver orders on assigned routes.
  • Drive safely and follows all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure all deliveries are unloaded and signed in at every location.
  • Ensure polite, efficient and appropriate communication exists at all times
  • Enhance the G4S reputation by fostering ownership and personal responsibility for exceeding service expectations.
  • Recommend areas or approaches for improvement
  • Assist in setting clear team goals.
  • Assist the File Management team of scanning and filing of notes.
  • Assist the Business Support team with any Adhoc tasks.
  • The post holder must not divulge any confidential information to an unauthorized person that they may access during their employment.
