Main Responsibilities
Recruitment Administrator - Fixed Term Contract for 2 years
Gatwick Immigration Removal Centre, Crawley, West Sussex
Salary : £22,000 per annum
Full-time (40 hours per week)

As the largest private provider of Immigration Services for the UK Border Agency (UKBA), G4S is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for people being detained due to their immigration status. Our Contract locations are situated near Gatwick Airport and can accommodate just under 600 male/female detainees with an ever-changing population.
As part of our continuing development, we are now looking for a confident and approachable team player who will be part of the Human Resources team. You will be required to provide an effective and efficient recruitment administration service to the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- To co-ordinate and ensure the correct recruitment documentation is submitted in line with operational policy in a timely manner.
- Liaising with on-site Recruiting Managers on the update of employees screening.
- Liaising with the CDS Recruitment Team with all vacancies
- Assisting the Recruitment Manager on all live roles for by way of administration and coordination of interviews.
- Advertise new vacancies, track applications and assist with shortlisting for roles.
- Assisting with drafting written adverts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies
- Liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies to arrange interview dates and times
- Preparing and distributing interview packs
- To work alongside the vetting administrator to ensure new staff are recruited in a timely manner in line with their vetting process
- Act in accordance with security and operational instructions at all times to ensure the maintenance of security within the secure environment.
- Take responsibility for understanding and undertaking their job in a healthy, safety and environmentally responsible manner and will seek clarity where necessary

- Previous experience in a recruitment environment or role
