The LiftCo London Contract covers 20 health buildings in London and the Midlands and delivers key services in M&E and Full Lifecycle replacement. The portfolio is challenging both operationally and commercially, but we have built a dedicated team based at each contract who are delivering a great service that you could be a part of.
We have an opportunity for a Regional Operations Managers to join our team.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a designated portfolio covering multiple regional sites within the London area, including client management, supply chain management, SLA/KPI performance and full P&L responsibility for their areas of control. To ensure adherence to the technical standards and that works are completed within contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:

To ensure that policies, procedures and standards are in place and adhered to in order to maintain the integrity of the Liftco portfolio.

Ensure that the job holders Portfolio operates to the highest quality standard in all areas of activity, namely;
○ Health & Safety - near misses are captured, lessons learnt and accidents avoided.
○ Statutory Compliance - all inspections are planned in good time and remedial work scheduled as required.
○ Maintenance - assigned, completed on time, reviewed, audited and reported on so as to provide confidence.
○ Commercial compliance - Satisfy and maintain the commercial requirements of the contract.
○ SLA & KPI Compliance - all works are carried out and completed so as to not incur loss or penalty

Ensure that a programme of ongoing planned maintenance is implemented, maintained and delivered across all sites within the job holders areas of responsibility (in line with the contract specifications) in order to ensure ongoing high standards of service to the client.

Planned maintenance schedules are established, communicated, implemented and assigned correctly within the job holders areas of responsibility.

Regular customer contact is maintained, communications, updates and reports are provided in good time.

Opportunities to improve contract performance are identified, discussed and implemented where agreed as appropriate with the Contract Manager/ Account Director or client.

Work with the project teams to deliver works in a manner so as to positively promote G4S to the client and the clients tennants.

Maintain the annual financial budget for all sites within the job holders areas of responsibility

Client Orientation – the ability to build positive relationships with the customer in order to speedily resolve significant operational issues and sustain and enhance the level of profitable business arising from these relationships.
