We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Contract Coordinator to join our newly established team. The Contract Co-ordinator will be the first line of assistance and support to a fast paced, highly energised team of individuals, delivering employability contracts across the UK.



 

What’s involved:

  • Provide a key liaison between the contract and central teams to ensure effective communication is maintained.
  • Liaise regularly with external partners, commissioners and other services in a professional manner, answering queries and escalating as appropriate.
  • Undertake projects, as required, to improve business performance
  • Provide a comprehensive admin support service to the ESS business unit including organising travel, meetings, taking minutes etc.
  • Coordinate actions and responses from supply chain partners – including communication of key messages, requests for activity, and collating performance information.
  • Store and record information in a professional and comprehensive manner managing
  • the access and visibility.
  • Undertake research and share findings to ensure the ESS team maintains a current understanding of the local and regional markets
  • Assist in the planning, organisation and execution of regional events and activities to ensure all contracts are promoted effectively and the event/activity runs smoothly
  • Support the supply chain teams to ensure that all activities are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Complete documentation and statistics for internal and external stakeholders on contract performance to ensure that stakeholders are accurately informed
  • Screen incoming communications, answer routine queries, take messages and/ or refer on to internal contact so that these are dealt with efficiently
  • Assist in promoting the company to build and maintain its reputation and profile
  • Adhere, at all times, to the Data Protection ICT and Confidentiality Policy and demonstrate an acute awareness of data security.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Effective communication, presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills – all Microsoft packages used
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Ability to liaise with staff in order to resolve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

 

Desirable:

  • Experience in with research skills
  • Experience working with different levels of management, external and internal stakeholders
