AME Management Trainee Program
G4S is a global business, a FTSE 100 company, and one of the world’s largest private sector employers. We are the largest multi-solution security provider in Asia and the Middle East, offering Electronic Security Solutions, Manned Security Services, Cash Solutions, Facilities Management, Care and Justice Services and Risk Management in 29 countries across the region.
What will I be doing?
Our Management Trainee program provides an unparalleled opportunity for high potential graduates to work for G4S in the Asia Middle East region. Over an 18 month period, Management Trainees will be assigned a series of placements, undertaking ‘hands-on’ assignments which focus on real business responsibilities, needs and challenges. Upon completion of the program, trainees will be assigned to a permanent management position, and will continue to build their career with G4S.
What do we look for?
Whichever area you work in, you’ll need to be ambitious, self-motivated, and an excellent analytical thinker with a drive for getting things done. While we are open to applications from all disciplines, a background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Science, Maths, Finance or Business can be an advantage.
What will the program involve?
The program is designed to grow you into a Manager in 18 months, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You’ll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you the experience you need to become ready for your first Management role.
Your rotations will be with different business units, most likely in different countries across the AME region. Therefore you will need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the program.
The application closing date is open ended. Please register your interest in the program, and we will invite you and others to apply once we start the selection process.
