What will I be doing?
Our Management Trainee program provides an unparalleled opportunity for high potential graduates to work for G4S in the Asia Middle East region. Over an 18 month period, Management Trainees will be assigned a series of placements, undertaking ‘hands-on’ assignments which focus on real business responsibilities, needs and challenges. Upon completion of the program, trainees will be assigned to a permanent management position, and will continue to build their career with G4S.
What do we look for?
Whichever area you work in, you’ll need to be ambitious, self-motivated, and an excellent analytical thinker with a drive for getting things done. While we are open to applications from all disciplines, a background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Science, Maths, Finance or Business can be an advantage.
What will the program involve?
The program is designed to grow you into a Manager in 18 months, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You’ll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you the experience you need to become ready for your first Management role.
Duration:
18 months.
Location:
Your rotations will be with different business units, most likely in different countries across the AME region. Therefore you will need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the program.

Who should apply?:

• Hold a Bachelor degree or above;
• Excellent communications skills in both spoken and written English;
• Good numerical and analytical skills;
• Independent, with high flexibility and good interpersonal skills, and are globally mobile, i.e. willing to live and undertake placements in any part of the AME region;
• Determined to succeed and eager to face challenge;
• Individuals with an interest in becoming a business leader, with ownership of a P&L.
