Main Responsibilities
Specific Duties and Essential Functions
As a Fingerprint Technician, you will act as the main point of contact between client customers and G4S. You will be responsible for fingerprint collection and electronic submission. In addition, you will verify the identity of applicants to ensure that they are the applicants that are scheduled for fingerprinting. General office work may also be required as needed. This position handles fingerprint appointments 3 days a week in the G4S office.
Detailed duties include:
- Handle all the daily Fingerprint appointments from client customers at the G4S office
- Assist the G4S office with general office work as needed (phones, filing, etc)

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
What does it take to qualify for this great opportunity? We're looking for professional detail-oriented individuals with a talent for effectively assessing/evaluating situations and identifying critical issues.
For this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.)
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
- If previously employed, you will need to show meaningful and verifiable work history
Skills Required
You will also need the following skills to be a successful Fingerprint Technician:
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
- Attention to detail
Other Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
- Must be a U.S. citizen or foreign citizen legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be willing and able to work flexible schedules
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
