Job Introduction
G4S Kingston will be holding a Job Fair on Thursday, May 27th from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Join us! We have Full Time and Part Time Hospital Security Guard Positions available now!
We’d like to invite you to join in for an interview if you:
- Have a Valid Security Guard Licence
- Have a Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Have Part Time or Full time availability to work including days, afternoons and nights including Weekdays & Weekends

- Valid first aid and CPR certificate
Main Responsibilities
- Access Control for the facility/area
- Watching patients who are generally placed on a Form under the mental health act
- Ensuring that the patient does not cause harm to themselves or others
- Ability to operate Security Control Centre equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones, etc.
- Ensure that the Facility’s Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed
- Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor
- Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
- Meticulous Record Keeping, Report Writing, Observation skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Ideal Candidate
- Have a Valid Security Guard Licence
- Have a Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Have Part Time or Full time availability to work including days, afternoons and nights including Weekdays & Weekends
