Main Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 4:30pm
Location: Royal Wootton Bassett School, SN4 7HG
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting for an Administrator on a full time, permanent basis based in Royal Wootton Bassett.
We are seeking a dedicated and hard working professional to analyse service performance data, in order to lead and enhance service delivery and all aspects of contract performance.
Responsibilities

Assist with accident/incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions (both immediate and preventative)

Coordinate and attend contract H&S meetings, and undertake H&S/compliance audits as required
-
Provide governance to all audit schedules and identify and lead improvement initiatives post analysis

Ensure all identified training on the account is being scheduled and undertaken and escalate risk/non compliance to the CM
-
Regularly review and update COSHH, risk assessments, and method statements. Operational managers brief and ensure staff understanding.

Undertake analysis of all aspects of LA requirements vs actual performance. Identify and lead opportunities for improvement

Identify and lead areas of opportunity resulting from analysis of contract Payment Mechanism

Ensure standard diaries and meetings are all documented and aligned to contractual obligations and contract obligations matrix

Support proactive measurement of contract performance and preventative measures to avoid failure

Support in jeopardy management of reactive/remedial tasks and following data analysis lead opportunities for improvement

Lead time and attendance, ensure proactive software use, manage scheduling, and exceptions daily.

With an emphasis on attention to detail, ensure that monthly Client reporting is complete, accurate, factual and issued on time

Ensure that adequate coordination and communication of project works exists between all stakeholders
-
Ensure contract is DBS compliant, including subcontractors/suppliers as necessary, and lead on new applications/renewals

Ensure standard inductions are introduced and adhered to with governance and compliance to probation review deadlines
