Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Plus Company Car 

Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm

We are seeking a skilled and motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Lifecycle and Assurance team. Reporting to the Lifecycle & Assurance Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring the long-term health and performance of our clients' buildings

The Ideal Candidate

Responsibilities

  • Conducting asset condition surveys and audits in order to support the generation of accurate, fit for purpose Lifecycle Plans, ensuring compliance with our contractual obligations in respect to Lifecycle

  • Providing technical advice and support to project teams on mechanical and electrical works instructed through Lifecycle Planning 

  • Assessing the condition and operational risk of M&E assets and systems, to check that assets are being maintained in accordance with best practice and any contractual obligations, therefore achieving their anticipated lifespan

  • Reviewing reactive lifecycle applications to ensure that they meet the required criteria in respect to Lifecycle funding

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical or electrical building services qualification  

  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite  

  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills  

  • Extensive knowledge of building services systems in education and healthcare environments  

  • Membership in a relevant professional institute is desirable  

  • H&S qualification relevant to the role
