G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Transformation Compliance Manager on a full-time basis based within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, focusing on our critical PFI contracts.
The Transformation Compliance Manager will drive compliance across our PFI contracts. By embedding a data-driven approach and collaborating with operational teams, this role will ensure effective contract management and adherence to all requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Manage health and safety compliance to mitigate corporate risks.
- Support Contract Management in maintaining health and safety standards.
- Drive the use of business compliance tools and audits to manage and resolve non-compliance issues.
- Assist with incident investigations and analysis to promote best practices.
- Coach and mentor the operational and compliance teams on compliance matters.
- Monitor and identify future compliance activities to prevent non-compliance issues.
- Review and improve operational and compliance documentation to meet deadlines.
- Foster stakeholder engagement around compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective contract delivery.
- Conduct compliance inspections and audits, and recommend and support improvements.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance, especially in healthcare and safe
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Proven experience in auditing and performance monitoring
- Experience in data analysis
- Good knowledge of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems and SFG20
- Strong personal impact and influencing skills to build and maintain customer confidence across transformation and closure activities
- Flexible approach to stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing difficult and complex change
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed reports
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership of work
- Full mobility and clean, valid driving license
- Proficiency with IT packages, including Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
