Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm
Location: Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Windmill Rd, Oxford OX3 7LD
G4S Facilities Management we have an exciting opportunity for a Soft Services Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis based at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford.
We are looking for a caring and innovative individual who will manage and inspire the Domestic, Porterage and Security teams across a Healthcare PFI contract, supporting the Head of Soft FM to create beautiful and safe spaces that satisfy our customers and provide an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities

Develop the contract cleaning service to meet SLA, G4S and Client requirements.

Recruit, train, monitor and coordinate a skilled team across operational activities to maximise cleaning efficiency, performance and safety.

Ensure contract conditions are met by managing service delivery plans and resources effectively.

Assist in monitoring service activities and levels of performance with the Head of Soft FM/Account Director to improve efficiencies and show compliance for continuous improvement.

Collate, analyse and review information e.g. budgets, hours, and forecasts to monitor and report on performance.

Monitor and report on cleaning service performance and overall trends in service delivery identifying areas of improvement and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to optimise delivery.

Develop and maintain an effective client relationship so needs are understood and act as a point of escalation for all stakeholders as required.

Oversee team learning and HR process requirements including training attendance, absence, retention and time-keeping management, quality of work and behaviour.

Oversee team wages, schedules, timesheets and Kronos information.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
-
IOSH Managing Safely.
-
Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the contract requirements and obligations.
-
Excellent people management skills and experience in managing a team.
-
Ability to allocate and monitor workloads according to the contract demands.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Google suite and a working knowledge of corporate systems.
-
Experience of working in a healthcare environment in a similar role.

Understanding of COSHH.
