CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: £25,466.640 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 16:30pm
Location: Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich, NR6 5BE
G4S Facilities Management has an exciting, full-time opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team, based permanently at Hellesdone Hospital in Norwich.
Responsibilities

Manage and complete general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, filing, printing and photocopying.

Manage the purchase ordering process and systems.

Monitor and review cost tracking and financial commitment reports, raising issues of concern to management.

Fully administer the payroll process including new starters, variations, leavers, overtime and exceptions and pay queries.

Participate in recruitment campaigns by helping to advertise vacancies, issue application forms, arrange interviews etc.

Manage the supply and use of agency staff, raising requests on IQN and ensuring timesheets are submitted correctly.

Ensure all sites have relevant paperwork to ensure effective record keeping.

Maintain and support the Deputy Contract Manager with the training matrix and ongoing employee training requirements.

Maintain and order stationary supplies etc.

Prepare contract reports in conjunction with management.

Attend meetings and record minutes.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

Strong IT proficiency, including comprehensive use of Google Chrome for various administrative tasks.

Flexible organisational abilities, consistently meeting varying deadlines and efficiently prioritising workloads to achieve objectives.

The ability to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring positive interactions and effective resolution of inquiries.

The ability to manage full payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Ensures contractual compliance through diligent administrative processes.

Able to handle all aspects of facilities administration, contributing to a well-maintained operational environment.
