Main Responsibilities

TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR - 6 months FTC

 

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Working Hours: Full-Time, 6 Months Fixed Term Contract, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in facilities management? We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our team at G4S Facilities Management in Tower Hamlets for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this crucial role, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating with G4S Engineers and subcontractors. Your main focus will be managing reactive paperwork and certification, ensuring all compliance documentation is finalised and submitted to our Centralised Help Desk. You'll also play a key part in supporting the Hard FM team to meet statutory obligations and maintain efficient operations.


 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to track and chase reactive closure documentation.

 

  • Support the Hard FM team in meeting statutory compliance and reviewing documentation.

  • Review subcontractor paperwork (RAMS, Permits) for compliance

  • Ensure all completion paperwork is signed off/completed and sent to the Centralised Help Desk for reactive closure within the CAFM system

  • Collaborate with the Centralised Help Desk for timely task closure

  • Support performance monitoring and the production of essential documentation

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Working knowledge of Concept Evolution

  • Knowledge and understanding of M&E processes to enable accurate allocation and prioritisation

  • Able to prioritise and organise effectively

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Good communication skills
