About Us
G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) deliver the RESTART employability programme on behalf of DWP.
The RESTART contract will support individuals into long term employment across the North West through our network of Suppliers and Stakeholders.
To apply for our roles you don't necessarily need experience in Employability or Welfare to Work but you do need to be enthusiastic about understanding the industry, passionate about delivering quality and success and have the skill set to meet the requirements of the role.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential performance and ways to ensure that any performance relating to Restart is claimed in a successful, compliant and timely manner throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Supply Chain Partners to ensure that all contractual targets and KPIs are achieved within the appropriate timescales.
- Identify potential performance and develop solutions to achieve this.
- Work closely with the wider operations team to address any knowledge gaps in the supply chain that are impacting on performance.
- Work closely with Employer Engagement teams to develop opportunities to drive performance.
- Prepare, produce and analyse data and reports and communicate these effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to identify trends, best practice and areas of improvement.
- Support the preparation of ongoing tracking of data to demonstrate success and opportunities that are driven from performance related projects.
- Attend supplier reviews if it is appropriate to do so and engage in support activity to drive positive performance
The Ideal Candidate
Essential skills and Criteria:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners.
- The ability to analyse and use data to support achievement of goals.
- Proven ability to identify trends and amend goals accordingly.
- IT Literate.
- The ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
